When I lived in America, this Original Toll house Cookie recipe was one of mine and my son’s favourite cookies. When we moved back to Ireland , somehow I completely forgot about them and only last week I found the recipe tucked into my recipe book. As it is pancake Tuesday today, I thought I would share with you a simple pancake recipe. This batter can be made the night before and stored in the refrigerator. Top your pancake off with your favourite topping, and you are all set.
