This beef broccoli stir-fry is so easy and delicious; it feels like you are having a Chinese takeaway without the calories.

You can adjust the recipe and add mushrooms, or substitute chicken instead of  the beef. If you like your sauce thicker, you can add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
