With no need for an internet connection USB flash drives make it convenient to have documents you need, in hands reach. The problem I find with them is, I can’t remember what is on each one or if I want to download some files, I just grab the first one. So then I have a bunch of miscellaneous stuff on different USB’s.
In order to get more organized, I decided to take the time and go through each one and see what I had on them. From there I designated a USB for each category for example: blog, pictures, kids etc.
I then labeled each USB with the correct category.
Now if I am looking to upload or download to a flash drive. I can pick the correct USB with the right category, which saves me so much time.
